To guarantee adequate processing time, please allow us 24 hours to begin processing the order before inquiring. Every time your order changes you will be notified by the email provided with your order. All orders placed before 12 p.m. (EST) will begin processing the same business day, otherwise all orders will begin the following business day. We do not process on Holidays.  Most wigs are made to order,  fulfillment time ranges  7-14 days.

Shipping

All deliveries are shipped via U.S. Postal Services (USPS) and will take approximately 3-5 Business days for delivery to arrive. 

Next day air  deliveries between 1 - 2 Business Days if ordered by 12 noon (EST) .

Please make certain your contact, physical street address are correct at checkout to guarantee proper delivery of your package. 

When orders are shipped , tracking number will be provided to email address provided with your order.

WE RECCOMEND PURCHASING PACKAGE PROTECTION TO PROTECT YOUR PACKAGE IN THE MIX/EVENT IT IS EVER LOST OR STOLEN. IT CAN BE ADDED AT CHECKOUT.

Returns/Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCHANGES, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Once an order is placed it can't cancelled.   If there has been a mistake please Email Teebraidedwigbaltimore@gmail.com before orders gets shipped out.

Custom orders if there has been a mistake made by Teebraidedwigsbaltimore please contact within 48 hours of receiving the unit.
